Welcome to the road less traveled
Founded in 2016, Crum Consulting emerged from the need to help sole proprietors and new businesses get off the ground. As an entrepreneur, Cole quickly realized the lack of available resources and guidance to business owners starting their journey. The resources that were available were incredibly costly to someone investing everything they had into their business. Not to mention, the workflows and pricing surrounding these services were all tailored to individuals with previous knowledge and understanding of business and marketing. Cole combined over 20 years of business management experience, with her own journey building and exiting 5 companies, to create the perfect formula to guide business owners on the road less traveled. Since then, we have grown, refined, and renewed our core purpose and core people.
In addition to these roadblocks, Cole noticed a number of underrepresented demographics and methodologies within the business community. As a woman-owned business, this resonated on a deeper level for her. Crum Consulting was built around being able to provide the right support, at the right time, to the right people.

The right support involves approaching our process with the human behind the business first. Cole believes that there is no business without the human behind the brand. As business owners, we create companies from a need, but in our own personal ideal image. At the end of the day, that personal ideal image is what distinguishes each business as an individual entity. Without the proper support for the human behind the brand, the business will inevitably suffer. By continuously drawing focus to balance and quality of life, family time, and self time, Cole ensures that the human behind the brand can combat burnout, continue to grow, and find comfort and confidence within themselves. The right time simply addresses the ideal timeframe to initiate a partnership of support and guidance. This can look different from person to person, however, there really is no wrong time to bring on additional support.
