The Challenge
By late 2024, Redeemer Small Batch had grown significantly—but a major operational issue surfaced. Hundreds of products available in-store were not available for sale online. For an ecommerce-driven brand, this discrepancy represented lost visibility, lost conversions, and lost revenue. Redeemer needed a full investigation, a complete catalog correction, and a systemwide cleanup to ensure every product was accurately represented and ready for online purchase.
How CRUM Helped
CRUM began by conducting a comprehensive audit to determine the full scope of the gap between in‑store and online availability. This included identifying all discrepancies, determining which products should be online, and confirming which SKUs were intended to remain in-store only. Through this process, CRUM uncovered more than 300 SKUs that should have been available online but were missing.
From there, CRUM led the full catalog sync initiative—researching item records, coordinating data collection, mapping required fields, and resolving inconsistencies across product data. CRUM and Redeemer stakeholders used the opportunity to correct outdated or mismatched fields and ensure every product had complete, accurate, and consistent information. CRUM assembled all required content, executed multiple import iterations, and resolved all system errors. By March 2025, Redeemer’s entire product catalog had been fully audited, corrected, and successfully imported, restoring transparency and ensuring every SKU was properly represented online.
"CRUM didn’t just fix our catalog—they rebuilt the backbone of our ecommerce operations. The clarity and revenue lift that followed were immediate." - Bailey Weickum, Owner of Redeemer Small Batch
